Gourmand Buffet

In one of the old vaulted rooms of the former farm, our gourmand buffet area has found its place. The challenge, to integrate most modern front cooking and food presentation techniques harmoniously into the ancient vault was successful, according to our guests. The grateful and quality-oriented food presentation and the modern show cooking area stir the gourmet’s blood everyday anew.

An omelet of choice for breakfast, a fresh salad with side dish for lunch in the meantime, homemade cakes and pies for having coffee in the afternoon and eventually an extensive gourmand buffet in the evening, at which one can assemble a 5 course menu and more. Our buffet area makes it possible, always freshly prepared, in best quality and of course 100% ecological.
