The whole staff at ULRICHSHOF acts as “partner” and gives its best to accomplish the object of our enterprise – to shape a dreamlike and intimate holiday world for our special guest clientele – on an outstanding high level and to maintain a cooperation, which creates an atmosphere of joy and feeling good for the guests, employees, management, owners, suppliers and all other business partners equally. They commit themselves to keep damage from the enterprise, to promote its vigorous development and the economic success with all their strength and are convinced, that they experience the maximal private and economic success only in this way.

Everyone in team ULRICHSHOF endeavors to make the optimal holiday joy possible for our declared guest clientele – families with small children, who attach great importance to a high quality offer- and to attune to their needs in the best possible way. We want to enable them to have a high-end holiday experience, with extensive free time and relaxation offers above average, linked to high comfort of living.

We want to achieve that through the combination of known holiday offers and such, which rest upon our own experience. The consideration of the guest’s wishes has always top priority when assembling the program. The improvement and adaptation to the current zeitgeist is a continuous process. We do not only want to satisfy our guests, but delight them beyond that repeatedly with new, clever ideas.

In order that we can achieve this and fulfill the wishes of our guests always in the best possible way, everyone in the enterprise commits oneself to the following principles: 

• Every member of the staff encounters our guests with politeness, cordial friendliness and an extraordinary helpfulness and willingness of service. Beyond that, we always act attentive, are patient, as well as cleanly and neat in our appearance. We let our guests feel that they are welcome at our house and that they are personally appreciated.
• We pay at any time the attention to each guest that we also want for ourselves. 
• Children are treated as equal and important guests and are served at least as attentive and cordial as the parents.
• Beyond that, we also treat all others guests equally. We make no difference between young and old, between handicapped persons and non- handicapped persons. We also respect animals and treat them species-appropriate. We support the human rights phrased by the UN and the children’s rights. Consideration, respect and trust define our cooperation.
• The children are granted as much freedom and possibilities of developing as possible, but otherwise we also put a stop on them, if decency and a cultured way of  behaving demand that.
• Attractive free time and holiday constitution is revealed to the children repeatedly anew, on the one hand with games which are just fun, but on the other hand with nature experiences and educational games, which are socio-politically valuable and also in respect of responsible education.
• For every guest, abounding free space is created, and always also a possibility to retreat for the own, personal muse.
• For the guest, an extraordinary offer of free time activities is established in and around ULRICHSHOF.
• Every guest has the possibility, to enjoy the wonderful nature around ULRICHSHOF in one’s own family circle on the one hand, but also, on the other hand, to spend one’s holiday in the pleasant company of like-minded people when one feels like it.
• We do everything to make the guest feel as safe and comfortable as at home. We show regulars with familiar and common things, that they always come home a bit. We radiate trust and reliability.
• We take suggestions and justified criticism seriously; they give us the chance to improve further. We remedy deficiencies as soon as possible and everyone feel accountable for that.
• As far as possible, only employees who love their work at ULRICHSHOF and the contact with the guests (and who express this during their work) are employed.
• The whole offer is uncompromisingly customized on the target group. That means that everything, from the smallest detail to the assembling of extensive arrangements is attuned to the special needs of families with small children.
• We want to delight the guests in our holiday world. The recommendation of them is not only the best and most reliable advertising for us, but also affirmation at the same time.

Added together, the target of all effort must be to bring the children such a great holiday that free space results for the parents and thus open up the chance for them to use the extensive offer and enjoy their holiday in the most pleasant way.
