Over 10 docile ponies are available for the popular pony walks, with which also the adults or on request our staff guide the children through the beautiful Bavarian Forest landscape.

For the lunge and riding lessons for beginners or for refreshing past skills several trained horses of different sizes are available. The 20x50 m large, light-filled indoor arena provides for optimum conditions.

Accompanied rides in the natural arena Bavarian Forest for more experienced riders are also included in the programme.

Our well kept stable is like a magnet for many children and the offers matched to the respective ages of the children provide a lot of joy. The grooms of ULRICHSHOF and our two riding teachers Maren and Tanya teach the children to the handle the animals in the petting zoo. Focal point of the services at the stables are of course the horses. The ULRICHSHOF offer covers the cautious first approach to professional riding lessons. And of course, the kids can also help with feeding and grooming the horses.

Small and large horse fans experience their dream holiday at Baby & Kinder Bio-Resort ULRICHSHOF in the Bavarian Forest. Already on the last meters of the arrival, their hearts beat faster: The new Hotel driveway leads through an idyllic avenue, that is lined to the right and to the left by paddocks, on which up to 40 horses graze. After checking-in a carefree riding holiday for the whole family starts - upon request also with your own horse, which accommodated in the guests stable. The dedicated grooms of the luxurious hotel show the kids how to deal gently with the friendly animals. Of course, they may also help with feeding and grooming the horses. In the hotel's horse riding stable both beginners as well as professionals get their money worth.   Two trained riding instructors are always at hand to help. Beginners learn the movements of the soft four-legged friend while lunging. Who can already sit securely while walking, trotting and galloping, will learn yet a few things during the riding lessons in the large, light-filled indoor riding arena. During accompanied rides experienced riders explore the intact nature of the endless Bavarian Forest. From the stables it goes directly into the - with 6,000 square kilometres - largest forest landscape of Central Europe , where you will find varied canters on a soft forest floor and romantic clearings with lush meadows. On the back of ten docile ponies a stroll through the Bavarian Forest suddenly also exciting for small riding beginners. Who is quiet and just looks perhaps will spot a wood grouse, deer, beavers, otters, red deer or a lynx.
