Arrival:

Daily, except when booking certain packages. Please make sure that the apartments and suites are only available from 3 pm.

Departure:
We ask that the apartments and suites be vacated by 11.00 am.

Single Person occupancy:
In case of room occupancy with one adult 70% of the adult price will be charged.
Except Apartment Mini and Suite Mini.

W-LAN:
In the lobby, forest passage, saloon and largely also on our terraces as well as in our rooms is wireless-free at your disposal.

Payment of the bill:
Upon receipt of the booking confirmation, we ask for a deposit of 30% of the invoice amount. The remainder must be paid no later than 28 days before arrival. Please transfer the invoice amount to our account:

In the case of short-term bookings, the entire travel price must be paid in advance by credit card.

Local tax is 1.00 € per adult per day.

Dogs:
By prior agreement you are welcome to bring your four-legged friend with you on holiday at the ULRICHSHOF. We charge 35 € per dog per day without food. Impurities and other damages are invoiced separately. Please understand that we can not allow dogs to be brought into the entire interior of the ULRICHSHOF from consideration for other guests and for hygienic reasons (certification requirements).

Stay with dogs possible in the categories Suite Midi & Maxi only.

Horses:
By prior arrangement, you can also bring your own horse into the ULRICHSHOF. For this we charge you 29, - € per day with food and crap.

Smoking:
Is not allowed in all rooms of the hotel.

Are free of charge up to 56 days before arrival except for a processing fee of 25,- €. From the 56th day until the 29th day the deposit expires in our favour. From the 28th day the stay will be charged at 100%. A full or partial subletting will of course be credited.

Meals not taken will not be reimbursed in cash. For wellness and beauty appointments, a cancellation fee of 100% will be charged in the event of short-term cancellation on the same day.

An inexpensive travel insurance can be concluded with the bank transfer form enclosed with the booking or via the homepage. Our reservation team is at your disposal from Monday to Friday from 8.00 to 18.00 hours. Bookings can be made online, by e-mail, by fax, by telephone or by post. 

If, within 24 hours of making an online booking on the Ulrichshof homepage www.ulrichshof.com, you find that a cheaper offer can be booked on another website for the same room category, the same number of guests and the same arrival and departure dates as you have previously reserved at Ulrichshof, we will grant you a discount of 5% per person/night on the cheaper accommodation price offered to you on the other portal.

You book your preferred room category for the desired arrival and departure dates at the cheapest online rate on our website www.ulrichshof.com or directly at the hotel.

Within 24 hours of completing this online booking, you will find that you can book the same offer on another website at a lower price, i.e. the offer applies to the same room category with the same number of overnight guests in the room and on the same arrival and departure dates. Please call us within 24 hours and report your complaint.

As soon as we have understood your complaint (according to the definition below), you will receive a 5% discount per night on the cheaper accommodation price offered on the other portal.

Our guarantee promise only applies to accommodation prices for bookings made online at www.ulrichshof.com or directly at the hotel.

Complaints and claims under our guarantee promise must be communicated to Ulrichshof within 24 hours after the online reservation has been made. You must contact Ulrichshof directly by telephone with your complaint.

The hotel service you have booked must be the cheapest offer for the room category you have booked. If we offer a lower rate for the same category on our website www.ulrichshof.com, but you have not booked this offer, we cannot accept your complaint.

"Favourable online price" means a publicly bookable rate which is offered on the Internet by another online provider for Ulrichshof at a lower price than on www.ulrichshof.com for the same room category with the same number of guests and the same arrival and departure dates as well as identical cancellation and payment conditions. Business tariffs, promotion prices, wholesale prices, tariffs for travel groups, online auctions, special offers on exclusive member websites, government tariffs and other discounted offers are excluded.

Ulrichshof must be able to trace your complaint, i.e. when the cheaper rate was available and bookable for you on which online portal. It is not sufficient if you inform us of your complaint by fax or email without further proof. If we cannot fully understand the process at the time you notify us by telephone, we may refuse your complaint.

Hotel Ulrichshof reserves the right to terminate the price guarantee promise at any time without prior notice.

This warranty promise does not apply in conjunction with other offers, promotions or discount promotions.
