WALD-RESTAURANT "UNT"
Geisterwald, Zauberwald, and Auenwald are the names of the three restaurant areas in the “UNT.” Inspired by the fairy tales and legends of the Bavarian Forest, abstract details and hidden objects tell stories of regional myths, such as a modern glass artwork embodying mysterious will-o’-the-wisps or subtle references to the legendary bandit Heigl and ancient folklore. Untreated natural materials such as bark, fleece, and moss bring the atmosphere of the Bavarian Forest to life throughout all areas. This closeness to nature is also reflected in what is served here. Food and beverages, sourced primarily from healthy, transparent regional producers, stand for quality, responsibility, and authentic flavor.
Enjoyment also means independence for our youngest guests. At the specially designed children’s buffet, they can choose their favorite dishes and serve themselves. In this way, children experience enjoyment at their own level. Everything is tailored to their needs, from the height of the counters to the selection of food.
The entire restaurant area is designed with children in mind. Bibs, high chairs, booster seats, and Maxi-Cosi high chairs are available at all times. Play corners and drawing materials ensure there is never a dull moment while parents enjoy a glass of wine after their meal.

In-house bakery
The highlight at every breakfast TIME is without question the bread slide in the in-house bakery. Whether it’s crispy pretzels, warm rolls or delicious pastries with creamy fillings – everyone is guaranteed to find something here. And in the afternoon at cake TIME, numerous sweet temptations provide a real treat for the palate.

‘Garten Eden’
The ‘Garten Eden’ has found its place in an old Bohemian vault of the former farmhouse. Stylish decorations combined with subdued lighting and finely coordinated furnishings create a tasteful ambience. A perfect setting for a few hours of enjoyment and an evening full of romance.

Immerse yourself in the world of culinary flights of fancy – in our Panorama Restaurant ‘OHM’, which promises a culinary journey above the rooftops of the ULRICHSHOF that is as unforgettable as the view. In the midst of modern elegance and natural aesthetics, the ‘OHM’ offers a breathtaking ambience that enchants with its open architecture and carefully selected elements from nature. Surrounded by lush greenery, warm wood, earthy colours and soft lighting, you can enjoy exquisite menus carefully prepared with regional and seasonal ingredients. Whether for a romantic dinner for two or a cosy get-together with friends – the ‘OHM’ not only offers a culinary experience, but is also a visual feast for the senses.
Every Wednesday and Saturday our 3 to 7-course candlelight dinner takes place in the Panorama Restaurant ‘OHM’. Please note that the drinks and food on offer in the ‘OHM’ are not included.

Weinterrasse
The centerpiece of the wine terrace is the large granite fountain of the former farm. The Italian flair ensures that guests like to have breakfast here in the light of the rising sun, have lunch in the shade of the cherry blossoms or simply enjoy their vacation with coffee and cake. In the evenings, candlelight and the splashing of the fountain create an enchanting atmosphere that makes for a sensual ambience while enjoying a glass of wine.
