The accommodation is geared towards families of different sizes. The family suites range from compact units for parents with a toddler to spacious luxury suites for larger families. The smallest category mentioned starts at 23 m²; the largest family suites measure up to 150 m². Individual luxury suites feature large panoramic balconies, and some even have their own pool.

Wellness and spa
The wellness area covers more than 5,500 m². The offer includes the Wald-SPA, a Family-SPA, relaxation areas for adults and the Eltern-SPA with Natur-BAD. Treatments and massages can be booked in the Wald-SPA.
The three water worlds are:

The “Blaue Lagune” baby pool has a water temperature of 36 °C and a depth of up to 40 cm. Depending on use, other pools have temperatures between 31 °C and 36 °C. The Natur-BAD is unheated. The Felsen-BAD and Wald-BAD are open from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. The Natur-BAD in the Eltern-SPA is open daily from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. Use of the water worlds is included for hotel guests during opening hours. A day-spa offer can be booked by prior reservation and subject to availability. Treatments and riding offers can be added at short notice on request, subject to availability.

Childcare is a central component of the hotel concept. Children are accompanied by a team of qualified educators, childcare staff and entertainers. Childcare is available even for newborns. As not all accommodation categories are suitable for stays with a dog, prior confirmation by the reservations team is required.
Cuisine
The “Genießer-ZEIT” feel-good full board is aimed at children and adults. In addition to meat and fish dishes, vegetarian dishes are offered; vegan dishes are available on request.
The OHM panorama restaurant is located above the rooftops of the ULRICHSHOF. The culinary concept combines regional and seasonal ingredients with a modern interpretation of Bavarian cuisine.

The business began with nine holiday apartments for young families and developed into a family-run hotel with apartments as well as family, pool and luxury suites.
