Your luggage on arrival
We ask you to unload your luggage from your car only after registering at our reception. This will make your arrival much easier for both you and our team at the reception. Should you wish to use the bathing area before you check into your room, changing rooms and lockable compartments are available there. Thank you!
We would also like to help you declutter your vacation luggage. You can safely leave your stroller, vaporizer and baby food at home, we have everything available in sufficient quantities.
Arrival with dog
By prior arrangement, dogs can be accommodated with their own dog basket. For this we charge € 35.00 per day without food. Soiling and other damages will be charged separately according to their extent. Please understand that out of consideration towards other guests and for hygienic reasons (certification requirements) towards the toddlers, we do not allow dogs in the entire indoor area of the ULRICHSHOF (incl. lobby foyer for check-in and check-out), as well as on the sunbathing areas.
A stay with dog(s) is only possible in selected suites on the first floor.

You would still like to book a wellness treatment, pony riding or another service, we will be happy to reserve a free date for you immediately (subject to availability).

Vacation planner registrations
Together with the table reservations you also have the possibility to reserve animation offers and childcare in our vacation planner. For some offers no registration in the vacation planner is necessary, other offers are limited in the number of participants and therefore also in the vacation planner quickly fully booked.
Please contact our reservations department if you have difficulties logging in or our childcare department if you have any requests for fully booked programs.
Our tip: Add the vacation planner link directly on the user interface on your smartphone – so you always have all the information at hand.

It is best to book our forest SPA & horseback riding offers right from home so we can accommodate your preferred dates.

In case of cancellation within 24 hours before the appointment or non-appearance without cancellation, we unfortunately have to charge 100 % of the price, as far as the appointment cannot be assigned otherwise.
