Relaunch ULRICHSHOF Homepage

Zettisch, 04.05.2023

Mother Nature has just awakened to new life and so has the ULRICHSHOF homepage, which has undergone an intensive beauty and wellness treatment over the past few months. “After the relaunch, it is now wonderfully tidy and as if reborn,” says Michaela Lankes, member of the management at the ULRICHSHOF, “Together with WESEO, we have put a lot of magic into our new homepage. The result is a modern design, easy operation and many new features.”

To be sought - but more importantly - to be found is the motto.

Include digital trends

According to ULRICHSHOF junior manager Nikolaus Brandl, the redesign was sensible and necessary. “In over seven years, the technical requirements for a modern homepage change not only once. To be searched – but even more important – to be found is the motto. Search engine algorithms, social media usage behaviour and brand new: AI – all topics to which you have to react agilely and flexibly. This is why we chose WESEO. Their know-how not only includes the implementation power for a new design according to our idea and the usability of a modern new homepage, but they are also professionals for the technical basis that enables us as a company to also be relevant in the vastness of the World Wide Web.”

Focus on user experience and performance

The Austrian internet agency WESEO has been around since 2013. “We have created well over 1,000 pages so far,” Sales Manager Patrick Pirker proudly reports. “The hotel industry is particularly exciting for us because the digital presence is even more important there than in other industries. In the hotel industry, the website serves as a hub for the traveller and has a strong influence on the company’s success.” But despite the many years of experience, the challenge was great: “It was important to us to transfer the philosophy that is palpable in the ULRICHSHOF to the web and to address the most diverse target groups, from babies and children to teens to parents and grandparents, with the new website.” WESEO has succeeded in doing this perfectly, and in addition, the new ULRICHSHOF site clearly stands out in one more respect: “The creatively and clearly designed needs compass directs the diverse target groups directly to the content relevant to them,” WESEO project manager Karina Schaffer explains the function programmed especially for the ULRICHSHOF.

Effective visual language

“With the new homepage, we now have all the tools we need to provide the desired information attractively – but also quickly,” Nikolaus Brandl is pleased to say. As with all ULRICHSHOF publications, the main focus of the new website is on the visual language. “We have used expressive photos with a lot of emotions, so that the guest also gets his information through the pictures and does not only have to read up on the technical details in the text. After all, pictures say more than 1,000 words,” smiles the passionate photographer Michaela Lankes. “Complementing the purist clear design, we have many enchanting videos that touch the guest and bring the site to life.”
